Excellent customer service. I worked with Lele and Lei and both very helpful. They helped me with finding the perfect couches and was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend the Kalihi RAC!

I came here and was helped by lei. (AILEEN) she was real down to earth. And helped me find the couch I was looking for. I really liked her personality, I just came from Waipahu r.a.c. And didn't care for their service. Keep up the good work lei. -Hannah

As soon as I walked in I had someone come up to me asking if I needed help. I just wanted to look around.Oncd I had a question as soon as I would look at a employee they would come over and ask if I needed help or if I had any questions. They were so on top of their jobs I ended up renting to own a massage rocking recliner chair which they delivered within 5 days. They don't check your credit but requires you to give them at least 4 people you know so they can call and ask for reference about you. I will be renting more items from them as soon as I pay my first item off.

Sheldon and Amanda were great. Answered any questions I had over the phone and in person. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great location because it's near my new place. They deserve a raise. Great customer service.

I was kindly greeted by Jasmine who was very patient in explaining the rental process. She helped us search and find the exact sectional and bed sets that we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend that store location to my friends!
